Maintenance Technician | SVP
Shift: 2nd 2:00pm-10:30pm

Location: Sharonville Plant
Tasks, work area and schedule may vary depending on work volume and business need.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Repairing, maintaining and improving industrial machinery, special assembly machines, injection molding machines, brazing, tig welding, spot welding and other production equipment.
- Perform electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical control troubleshooting.
- All other duties assigned by management.
SECONDARY DUTIES:
- Ability to operate all production equipment
- Welding
- Strong Awareness of Safety
- Ability to Work as a Team Member in Team Oriented Environment
QUALIFICATIONS (including educational requirements):
- Associates degree in a Technical discipline, a plus or ETA or NCCER Certification or Electromechanical PLC Technician Certification necessary
- 3+ years of experience electrical/mechanical troubleshooting at the component level
- 3+ years of experience working on industrial assembly machines.
- Experience with VOM with the ability to understand the results, troubleshoot components, (proximity switch, limit switch, PLC input/output level).
- Blue Print Reading is desirable.
- Intermediate PLC skills, troubleshooting using PLC, ladder logic, machine electrical prints, very little or no PLC programming required, only ability to use the PLC as a tool to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Welding experience
- Strong mechanical skills, such as understanding Hydraulics and Pneumatics, not only theory, but real, hands on experience.
- Basic machine shop practices, such as drilling holes with drill press, tapping holes, threading pipe, identifying pipe fittings, and how they are used (some water lines, mostly air lines).
- Ability to measure in inches, millimeters, with tape measures, scales, micrometers and calipers.
- Basic knowledge of milling machine and lathe operations is desirable.
